Meet Our Provider Jan Eisenman
Jan facilitated healing for the past 25 years in a primary care clinic as a social worker. She believes ketamine can assist in unlocking a significant door for those seeking wholeness and wellbeing, particularly in the setting of lingering, but no longer needed, false beliefs and habits. The foundation of Jan’s practice is trusting that the wisdom to recognize our healing path already exists within each of us. She is ready to work with you as you explore and discover what your path will be.
Jan received a BA in psychology, and a MA in social work, from Columbia University. She has completed multiple trainings, including Telos Transformational Therapies’ for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Jan moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1996 with her husband, and they raised their daughter here. Meditation, reading, and walking are among her daily practices.
